To say you felt like real people shouldn't be as high praise as it is in this industry, but it is to your credit that you were genuine and responsive.The property was excellent, it had charm and felt lived in and not just a corporate shell which was very beneficial in making it feel like a home.As landlords you were very attentive when issues arose and very friendly and supportive in fixing any problems, of which there were few to begin with.In routine visits your character spoke for itself, you clearly cared about your job and that was felt. Your frequency and level of engagement was well balanced also.

It was a really nice house, well placed in town, easy to get to uni and to the bus station, which was a big priority for me. If we had any issues with the house, the landlords were quick to respond and help us out. My room was really nice and cosy and I enjoyed living there.
